Our Proposal
We manage the properties for you and take a 22% Commission of the gross revenue
What we provide within this deal would consist of:
- Set up and staging of apartment(s)
- Setting up the listings online A-Z
- Connecting them to over 9 different OTA platforms
- Management of the rates
- Communicating with the guests daily
- Managing the communication with the cleaners’ schedule
- Carrying out a maintenance check each month (additionally communicating with cleaners daily to stay on top of maintenance)
- We provide a full team of quick-response builders and tradesmen if something goes wrong
This would be set up to our existing Airbnb and Booking.com accounts with over 650 reviews, which would give the listings a lot more credibility and traction.
