We currently specialise in the South East Kent area, working with local agents and private landlords to expand our portfolio and continue to provide exceptional service.

Our Proposal

We manage the properties for you and take a 22% Commission of the gross revenue

What we provide within this deal would consist of:

  • Set up and staging of apartment(s)
  • Setting up the listings online A-Z
  • Connecting them to over 9 different OTA platforms 
  • Management of the rates
  • Communicating with the guests daily
  • Managing the communication with the cleaners’ schedule 
  • Carrying out a maintenance check each month (additionally communicating with cleaners daily to stay on top of maintenance)
  • We provide a full team of quick-response builders and tradesmen if something goes wrong

This would be set up to our existing Airbnb and Booking.com accounts with over 650 reviews, which would give the listings a lot more credibility and traction.
